I needed a new garage door and I called around to several companies. This was on a Friday during the pandemic. I got voice mail with most of them. The ones I talked to said they would send some one out "next week." I finally called Easy Fix Garage Door and got a live person. I explained my situation and she said someone would get back with me. I was surprised when someone called me 30 minutes later! He said Jesse would come out between 12 and 2 today! This was at 11:00 a.m. Jesse called me at 1:00 and said he was on the way. He was very nice and not the least bit pushy. We discussed options and he was patient with all my questions. He said he could install a new one on Monday at a price that was lower than I anticipated. When I came home from work Monday, I had a new electric garage door that opened quietly and efficiently. He even made some other adjustments to the tracking system that I had messed up.These guys are the real deal. they do what they say and no surprises. I highly recommend them over the larger companies that make you feel that you are just a number.

Ben did a great job! He was on time, worked quickly, was personable, knowledgeable, and reasonable with his price. You can tell that he has what it takes to be successful. I'll say, "I knew him when..." I've already sent him two referrals because everyone keeps asking about my gate. We have been trying to get it working properly for over a year. EasyFix scheduled a visit by Jessie who was very professional, confirmed an install date, and showed up on time for both. The price was very good compared to others. There was one glitch in that the warehouse mistakenly did not send the rails, torsion system, etc. with the garage door for the installation so we had to reschedule that part but, all went very well. Technicians were polite, thorough, and cleaned up after themselves which always means a lot to me. I was able to pay with a credit card securely online which was convenient also. I recommend EasyFix if you need garage door service or replacement.

My manual open door goes up and down with minimal effort now. Pricing was also on par with other companies I have used in the past. Definitely recommend!

Service provided by Jesse was professional & efficient. The repair needed was determined quickly and completed in less than 15 .inutes. Also no service charged. Four days later the garage door is opening & closing like new.
